i see this alot lately.. a person can get valuable information from someone....but they will ignore it if the person is not approved by thier chosen means of communication.
what would happen if god spoke through one of us?
would anyone listen?
That judgement and arrogance could cost them their lives too.

What would happen if God spoke through one of us? Would anyone listen? Or would they condemn His decision using us..because they did not approve? And refuse to listen.
My mom is a JW....and is like this very much...
Is that arrogance or stupidity....or is it the same thing just different word?

seems answers are an "end" of sorts to both guesses and problems.. i have recently came to the conclusion that "religion" in general is nothing more than self exalted leaders "guesses" into an unknown subject...that they try to sell and term as "religion".
with no good or valid argument to discredit this line of thinking...i stand behind it.. how is a person(s) bearing answers seen to those seeking answers?
how would that person(s) be seen in the eyes of those who have power and authority over others who accept their "guesses" as answers or "truth"?.
I don't even know other humans thoughts, plans or intentions....how can someone claim to know God's?
How would He feel about that?
I would feel like a puppet with what ever idenity people wanted to portay me as.
Why would He allow them to do so?
Seems to me though...He alone has the truth...and all we do is guess/religion....and insist we are right.
If He hold the truth...He can make Himself know at a time of His own choosing...what will happen to all the guesses people pay good money for..and gain much power over others by means of.
What can they do? Say He is wrong about Himself and doesn't know His own thoughts and intentions? They alone have that "truth"?

People empowered by their guesses into the unknown,,,would see answers as a destroyer to their power and guesses.

The earth shall be devoured by "fire"?..........What is "fire" to God? Should we be looking forward to it? Or scared and expect to be burned alive?
How do we even know for sure?
The only way is to know exactly is to know the truth as to what "fire" is to God.
Only HE knows that.
All we can do is guess.
How do we ask Him? So we can know for sure if we should get ready to die....or be babtized with Holy Spirit?

The simple word "drunkard" is used many times in the Bible. We are told to steer clear of them.
Fair enough. Simple right? Do you know what a "drunkard" He speaks of even is..for a fact? Or can we only guess?
Is it an alcoholic? a preacher?? someone drunk on the blood of one of His real messengers? a wanna be priest?
Who can say for sure what a "drunkard" is to God when He told us to stay away from them?
Or do we give up on trying to find out for sure what this word meant for certain to the Author when He said it? Were we created to follow guesses by sheep..or to be led by a shepherd?

Does God not have His own personality and secret wishes and thoughts?
Is it wrong for Him to keep secrets from us..or withhold information from us about Himself?
Or does powerful "guessers" fight to keep Him silent, and unable to give the weaker people information that would allow them to be too wise to fall for their cunning wanna be masters secret desires?
